Art Fair in the Gardens


Annual Art Fair in the Gardens

Each summer, Munsinger and Clemens Gardens hosts an art fair featuring artists from all around the state.  Visitors are encouraged to browse and purchase some wonderful pieces of artwork from 45-plus artists.  Also enjoy the music provided in different areas among the flowers along with food and beverages.

Tenth Annual Art Fair in the Gardens will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Free and open to the public at Riverside Drive SE, St Cloud Minnesota

The public success of these professional concerts has been gratifying, and the series continues to showcase high quality local talent. All concerts are held on alternating Sundays at 3:00 p.m. near the Gazebo in Munsinger Gardens on the banks of the Mississippi River. All concerts are free and the Munsinger Clemens Botanical Society will again sell those fabulous $1 root beer floats.

  * Memorial Release of the Butterflies schedule is:

  • 2:00 pm: Butterflies will be distributed at the Gazebo in Musinger Gardens
  • 2:30 pm: Short Program and Release of Butterflies (Butterflies may be purchased online at
  • 3:00 pm: Concert begins
  • The Memorial Release of the Butterflies is a collaborative event between Quiet Oaks Hospice House, Musinger Clemens Botanical Society, St Cloud Symphony Orchestra and local hospice agencies.

Evening in the Gardens


"Spanferkel Under Glass"

Tuesday, August 18, 2015 from 5:30 - 8:00 pm.

Hosted by Munsinger Clemens Botanical Society

Come to the Munsinger Clemens Gardens Greenhouse on the banks of the Mississippi River to enjoy a barbecue pork dinner complete with sides and dessert.  Cash bar available.

Music provided by Scott Bixby and his accordion to set the German mood.  The event is catered by Food Ecstasy and West Side Liquor and Entertainment Center.

Tickets are $20 in advance - click below to download the ticket form.  A limited number of tickets will be available at the door for $25. 

Bring your German Spirit

The greenhouse is located at Munsinger Clemens Gardens on Riverside Drive, St Cloud on the lower garden by the river.  Drive under the bridge to the greenhouse and parking is available.

2017 Photo Contest

The photo contest was initiated to give visitors yet another reason to visit the Gardens.  Any visitor is eligible to enter the contest. 

Photo Contest runs from January through November.  Entries are due November 3 & 4, 2017 at the Lake George Municipal Complex 1101 7th Street South, St Cloud, MN.  For more details and guidelines click on the download below. 

Award Ceremony to take place at a Public Gallery opening on November 18, 2017 at 3:00 pm held at the St Cloud Public Library.  Gallery will open at 2:30 pm and refreshments will be served.  

Photos need to be picked up after the public gallery.  Any photos not picked up by February 1, 2017 will be disposed of.
